1. The Game

Mind Cashier is a puzzle/cashier-style mobile game where players complete stages, earn rewards, use in-game currency, and may access optional features such as ads, purchases, leaderboards, and Facebook login.

2. Eligibility

You must follow the laws of your country and the rules of the platform where you downloaded the game. If you are under the age required to accept these Terms, your parent or guardian must agree for you.

3. Accounts and Login

You may be able to play as a guest or sign in using Facebook or another supported service. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We are not responsible for loss of progress caused by device changes, deletion of local data, or unsupported account transfer.

4. Virtual Items and Currency

Mind Cashier may include virtual coins, gems, hearts, moves, rewards, boosts, or other in-game items. These items:

• Have no real-world cash value.
• Cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the game.
• May be changed, balanced, limited, or removed as part of game updates.

5. Purchases

The game may offer in-app purchases. Purchases are handled by the app store or payment provider. Refunds are subject to the rules of the platform where the purchase was made, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.

6. Rewarded Ads

The game may allow you to watch ads in exchange for in-game rewards. Rewards may depend on ad availability, successful ad completion, and third-party ad service behavior.

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate game data.
• Use unauthorized tools, bots, hacks, or modified clients.

Mind Cashier, including its name, gameplay design, code, art, UI, and content, is owned by Abstract Dream Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse game content without permission.

The game may use third-party services such as Meta/Facebook, Unity services, Google Play, and Apple services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the game will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Abstract Dream Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of the game.

13. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe you violated these Terms, abused the game, or used unauthorized methods.
